• 1. Send your grade. The material you run today — producer and grade number if you have it, or just a spec or COA. A polymer chemist reviews it personally.
• 2. We match and certify. Same grade where available, or a qualified equivalent — ISO & ASTM property certification, COA with every lot, so nothing needs re-validating blind.
• 3. You're covered. A sample or small trial order if you want one, a price on file, and a supplier who already knows your material when you call. That's the whole commitment.

Why buyers do this now, not later

Qualifying a backup in a calm market costs you an email. Doing it during a force majeure, an allocation, or a price spike is a fire drill — the 2021–22 shortages taught every buyer that lesson, and current capacity closures in engineering resins are teaching it again. A pre-qualified second source is the cheapest insurance in your supply chain, and the OEMs you answer to increasingly expect it.

Common questions

Does my current supplier find out? No. Qualification is between you and us — nothing changes with your primary until you decide it should.

How long does it take? The match is usually confirmed within a day; pricing follows in 1–4 business days once freight is calculated.
