This page explains what ResinBridge collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We have kept it short and in plain words.
What we collect
What you send us in a form. When you request a quote, set up a backup source or send a photo of a part, we receive what you type: your work email, name, company, phone number if you give one, the resin grade and details, the quantity, your ship-to city and state or province, and any file you attach, such as a data sheet, a certificate of analysis or a photo.
Unfinished quote requests. Our quote form has two steps. If you enter your grade and email, continue to the second step and then leave the page without sending, we receive what you had filled in up to that point. We use it only to follow up on that request.
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records things like the pages you open, the kind of device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies to do this. We do not use it to work out who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote
- To arrange samples and shipments you ask for
- To keep a record of requests and orders
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site
We do not sell or rent your information.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form processing service, and arrive by email. Site statistics are processed by Google. Where it is needed to quote or fill your order, we share the relevant details with the resin producers, warehouses and carriers involved.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and order records for as long as we need them to do business with you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, as described below.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quotes@resinbridge.com or call (678) 310-6899, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern. Depending on where you live, including in Canada and in some U.S. states, the law may give you further rights over your information, and we will respond to requests made under those laws.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site and its forms work without them.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
