We buy surplus resin

Unused gaylords from a canceled program, an overbuy or a grade change? Send us what you have and get an offer.

Unused gaylords from a canceled program, an overbuy or a grade change tie up cash and floor space. Send us what you have, and we will make you an offer or find it a buyer. Send your lot.

How it works

  1. Send the details: resin, grade, color, pounds, location and condition, plus photos or a COA if you have them.
  2. A polymer chemist reviews it: grade, condition, paperwork and which molders run that material.
  3. You get an offer, or a plan to list it for you. You decide.

Why sell through ResinBridge

  • Molders already ask us for surplus. We keep a list of buyers who want first look at new lots.
  • Confidential. We never name the seller or the original program.
  • Reviewed by a polymer chemist, so buyers trust the description and lots move faster.
  • From one gaylord to several truckloads, prime, off-spec or wide-spec.

Common questions

What kinds of surplus resin do you look at?

Prime material in its original packaging moves fastest: engineering resins like nylon, PBT, PET, polycarbonate, acetal and PPS, plus commodity resins in larger volumes. Off-spec and wide-spec lots are worth sending too. Clean, single-resin regrind with a known history is reviewed case by case.

Is there a minimum?

Usually one gaylord or more. Truckload lots are the easiest to place.

Do you buy it, or sell it for me?

Both. When we have a buyer lined up for your material, we make you an offer. When we don’t, we can list it for you and you get paid when it sells. Either way, we tell you up front, after a polymer chemist reviews the material and paperwork.

Will my company name be shown?

No. Listings describe the material only, such as resin, filler, color, quantity and condition, never the seller or the program it came from. See our current surplus lot for an example.

Who handles freight?

Buyers usually arrange pickup from your dock, the same as our surplus listings.

What paperwork helps?

A COA or data sheet, photos of the labels and the material, the date it was made, and how it was stored (indoors, sealed, dry).
