Send your RFQ package
A polymer chemist reviews every line. For procurement teams and sourcing consultants quoting several grades, larger volumes or a supply contract.
Your RFQ package
List each item below, or attach your RFQ file. A polymer chemist reviews every line.
What to include
- Spec sheets or TDS for each grade, from any supplier
- Annual volume and release quantity for each item
- Delivery location, or FOB if you will arrange freight
- Target start date and contract length
- Packaging: bulk or railcar, truckload of bags, or gaylords
- Documents you need, such as COA, SDS or an FDA letter
A grade name from any supplier works. If a line is a spec or a description of the part instead, say so on that line. Every prime lot from our suppliers ships with a COA.
How we respond
- A polymer chemist reviews each line against the spec or data sheet you sent.
- For each item, we confirm the exact grade or propose an equivalent, and say which one you would get.
- You get pricing per item, plus questions on any line that needs them.
We aim to send your quote within one to three business days. Large packages and specialty grades can take longer. Any change of grade or source is agreed with you in writing first.
Only one grade?
The quote form is shorter. For a second source on grades you already buy, see backup source. If the resin ships to a molder, see supplying resin to your molder.
