These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy resin from ResinBridge. We have kept them short and in plain words.
Who we are
This website is operated by ResinBridge. We source engineering-grade and commodity plastic resins for manufacturers and processors in the U.S. and Canada. You can reach us at quotes@resinbridge.com or (678) 310-6899, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is not binding until we confirm your order in writing.
- Prices, quantities and availability can change until we confirm your order.
- Our written order confirmation and these terms govern each order. Terms in your purchase order or other documents do not change or add to them unless we agree to them in writing.
Technical information and tools
Property values, processing settings, drying times, calculator results, comparisons and material suggestions on this site, and in replies from a polymer chemist, are typical values and general guidance. They are not a specification, and they are not engineering advice or approval of a material for your part. Properties vary by grade and by lot.
You are responsible for qualifying the material for your application, including testing it in your own part, mold and process. Confirm values on the producer’s data sheet for the exact grade and on the lot COA.
Compliance documents
Food-contact, UL, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, PFAS and similar documents are grade-specific and are issued by the resin producer. We pass along the producer’s documents for the grade you buy. We do not issue compliance statements of our own, and we do not guarantee that your finished part meets any regulation or customer requirement. That depends on how the part is designed, made and used.
Surplus lots
Surplus lots are offered subject to prior sale and are sold as is, as described on the listing and in the lot COA. Typical properties shown for a surplus lot come from the producer’s data sheet and are not a specification for that lot. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer as stated in the shipping terms on the quote or order confirmation. Surplus sales are final.
Payment
Payment terms are set on each quote. Credit terms, where offered, depend on credit approval.
Warranty and limitation of liability
We supply material that matches the description in our order confirmation and the lot COA. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Please inspect material when it arrives and tell us about any shortage, damage or mismatch before you process it. If material we supplied does not match its description, our responsibility is limited to replacing it or giving a credit or refund for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost production or lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where ResinBridge is organized.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when we confirm your order apply to that order.
